Abstract:

A Calypso of the Absurd in Spoiler and Shadow is the intersection of both bards for their humor, philosophy and approach to humanity in navigating the world they inhabit. It is an attempt to unravel the lyrical content of some of the two bards compositions to reveal its absurdist nature in its narrative and how these lyrics align themselves with Absurdist fiction and plays.
